Techivy provides specialized software engineering, cloud architecture, and digital product strategy services. Specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for client projects are defined in separate Master Services Agreements (MSA) or Statements of Work (SOW). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and an MSA/SOW, the specific agreement shall prevail.
Our IP: The content, design, code, architecture, and "Techivy" branding on this website are owned by Techivy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Client IP: For paid engineering engagements, ownership of code and deliverables is transferred to the client upon full payment, as specified in the relevant SOW. Techivy retains the right to reuse generic, non-proprietary code libraries and knowledge capital.

Warranties for specific software deliverables are governed by their respective client agreements.
